We deliver high-quality construction materials across the United Kingdom. Learn about our logistics, lead times, and handling for heavy goods.

1. Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days for in-stock items. Custom-made products or special orders may have lead times of 10-14 weeks, as specified on the product page.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM: Processed the following working day.
  • Weekend Deliveries: Available by special arrangement for an additional fee.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, volume, and delivery destination within the UK.

Standard Delivery Tiers:

  • Small Items (up to 5kg) £5.99
  • Medium Items (5kg - 25kg) £15.00
  • Palletized Goods / Heavy Materials Calculated dynamically

3. Heavy Goods Access

Many of our materials are delivered via Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) using a roadside "kerbside" delivery method.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure your delivery site has sufficient access for a 12-tonne or 18-tonne vehicle. If access is restricted, please contact us prior to ordering.

Coverage

We currently ship to Mainland United Kingdom only. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland may incur additional surcharges.
